A Narnian Wonderland

“Wrong will be right, when Aslan comes in sight,
At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more,
When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death,
And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again.”

C.S. Lewis, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

Aslan must be on the move.
Promises of spring are so replenishing to winter-weary souls, aren’t they?

I’m so thankful for the rhythm of seasons. No matter how hot and humid it gets, it won’t always be summer. Fall will come. No matter how frigid and icy, new and green life is on its way. Even when we can’t see it, relief is in store.
What a beautiful picture of the Creator who makes all things new.
